Claims Status Inquiry (CSI) allows suppliers to check the status of
claims within three business days of a successful transmission.

Through CSI, you will know if your claim has been paid,
denied, or pending. Payment information is available for both electronic and paper
claims.
General Claims Information
- Paid or denied claims (payment amounts for non-assigned
claims are not displayed).
- Claims not paid due to full payment by other insurer(s)
or because the claim was fully applied to the deductible.
- Claims electronically transferred to another DME
MAC for processing. (These claims do not display after 45 days.)
- Pending claims (claims not resolved or processed
completely).
How does CSI work?

You enter your CSI requests, one at a time, through
our website. All of your requests sent before 5:00 pm PST are then batched together
and sent to Medicare. A file with responses to all of your CSI requests will
be ready to download within 2-3 business days.
